How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

 

Where do you ship from?

All our products are from UK warehouses.

 

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days from the order date and dispatched the next working day.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We prioritise getting our products to our customers as quickly as possible, therefore cancelling or amending orders can sometimes be difficult.

If you are wanting to make a change or to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order please contact us at: support@homesblossom.com. There is a chance that your order may have already been dispatched within this time period - and in such cases, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Certain items may take a little longer to arrive.

 

I've only received part of my order?

If you've only received part of your order, your missing item(s) have most likely left us with an alternative courier and are making their way to you! You can check your order on our Track My Order page. However, if you do need any further information, please don't hesitate to contact us at: support@homesblossom.com and we will do our very best to help. If you can provide as much detail as possible (order number, name, delivery postcode) when getting in contact, it really helps us to answer your query in full.

We're really sorry if your order doesn't arrive when you were expecting it. We work hard with our couriers to reduce delivery times and avoid delays, however, on the odd occasion, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes hold things up. If our couriers make us aware of a delay with your delivery, we will always endeavour to keep you informed of this. 

If you've been waiting longer than you should have (and haven't heard from a member of our team), please don't hesitate to get in touch at: support@homesblossom.com and we will find out what's happening.

 

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

You can sign up for our newsletter by scrolling down to the bottom of our website and entering your email address in the box.

By signing up to our newsletter, you agree to receiving promotional offers and updates from Homes Blossom.

You can of course unsubscribe at any time - although we'd hate to lose touch with you! If at any point you wish to be removed from our newsletter mailing list, send an email to: support@homesblossom.com with your details and you will be removed as soon as possible. There is also a link at the bottom of all our promotional emails to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

If you would like to speak to a member of our team then mention this on the Contact form or Email and we will call you back within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once it has been initiated.
